Think you don’t know enough? None of us know everything and if you wait until you do you will be to old. The point of a coach is that she knows enough about her subject to be able to add much greater value than the cost of her fee. Look at how many companies are run, or people run their lives, and then tell me you cannot add value!

Many of these firms take on juniors with little knowledge of their industry and let them loose on clients’ projects, with an occasional review from their line manager.
